Take Not The Glory!” It belongs only to God.

Miracle faith and righteousness doesn’t come overnight or without a commitment to God and it all lines up with the Cross in it. There’s a dying to self in this kind of life, so committed for His Glory to be recognized that His power and miracles are set in motion through you. It’s a matter of motive.

What exactly is the reason for you wanting to access the miraculous? Is it for God’s glory, or for your benefit? Everyone wants to be healed and made whole as only God can do. The Lord knows those who have sought Him for supernatural healing but aren’t healed yet. “Yet” because God brings each through a Process, and knows where you are in the Process of making you a believer to have an End Time Faith:“Those who know God shall be strong and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32). So is (wanting) to be healed enough to get you there? If you were completely healed or had the power to heal, then what? If you suddenly had the power in your hands to heal, could He trust you with only doing what He tells you to do, and not taking any glory for yourself?

“Take Not The Glory!” It belongs only to God. It may be that God is working on your character and your relationship with Him in order to protect you from the deceit of the enemy who would like to make you into his image, one of pride and glory-seeking for yourself. That’s what Satan’s motives are.

God seems to give the gift of healing to those who care deeply for the pain and suffering of others. He rarely gives you anything for yourself alone. The fastest way to have an anointing dry up is to keep it to and for yourself. The Kingdom of God operates on giving, not getting. “God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten Son” (John 3:16). That’s as “giving” as it gets.

God gives to you all the time. You must be a giver, of yourself and of what He’s given to you. Many go through a long and difficult process, the process is called “the making of a person of God.” It is a time of character building, and learning to hear Gods’ voice, to weigh issues and make godly choices, a humbling time during which you come to know God in such a way that God can trust you with what He would have you do without it destroying you or without you destroying others.

This process will teach you the reverent fear of God, and the love of God that only comes through time spent with Him, enjoying Him. For you to operate in the miraculous, you must be Adoringly in Love with God so He can love others through you.
