Are you in the Out of Control Worlds Doctrine

If you do not pursue the truth of Jesus in the way of Jesus, you will never  find the life of Jesus. It will elude you all your life and you’ll live frustrated, wondering why God hasn’t kept his promise to fill you with His very life. When all the time it’s because you’re running after God – who is gentle and peaceful and quiet and unhurried and calm and who’s heart is a soft heart– and you’re doing it harshly, lacking peace, rarely quiet, constantly hurried and frazzled, with a heart that has turned to stone.

The truth is that it’s not about how much time you have, it’s about what you do with your time. This is it. You begin here, acknowledging that what you do with your time is largely your choice. You stop swallowing the world’s endless nonsense about all you “have to” do and you realize that the power to make choices about your time and life is yours. Once you admit this, you will probably still have a long way to go in actually learning to schedule your life around God and moving him to the center of your life.

But as long as you’re addicted to denial and illusions, claiming you have no choice or whatever other excuse you might have – you can’t even get on the journey. As long as you’re stuck in that illusion, you’ll think the problem is that you’re not doing enough, when the problem is you’re doing too much of the wrong stuff.

So that’s it. That’s pretty straight stuff The Holy Spirit has shared with you. But most won’t reorganize that their time is being swallowed by the world’s endless nonsense about all you “have to” do and stick to a God-soaked schedule from now on. But with this revealed information, The Spirit has made it a little harder for you not to find and face truth. Whether you follow it, and how, is really up to you. It’s another Choice.

God’s expectations are high the Spirit of Truth wants you to understand the message today. Even if you just begin with Baby steps to admit that you’re addicted to activity and busyness, maybe deciding that you’re going to cut something out of your life. Maybe scheduling 10-15 minutes a day of downtime this week for a time of Peace with God. Maybe even the really radical one, which is choosing to drop out of a few things so you can live connected to God and teach yourself to avoid the Activity Addiction. There are a million ways you can choose to begin restructuring your life. If today you got as far as realizing the world’s endless nonsense about all you “have to” do The Holy Spirit did His job.
