Assurance comes by trusting the source.

You do not have unqualified 'certainty' about anything. You're not God, You're just human. However, it is possible to have ‘assurance’: a confidence that is so aware and secure that you can entrust and base your actions and your life upon it without fear.

Assurance comes by trusting the source:  God who loved you so much that He made the move to re-establish your relationship and fix the brokenness in your life. Assurance comes by trusting the source's way to get into the Eternal Kingdom: Through Jesus.

Because you believe in Christ Then what do you have to be afraid of? If God reconciled you to Himself, what in this earth can separate you from Him? Perhaps if you don't care anymore; the Spirit won't work for you and somehow you’ll be kicked out. But even then God will not give up on you. God is the Father looking for his lost child who may choose to live and die with the Eternal Lost and never return home. Only you can ultimately wreck yourself.

This is about as secure as you can get. So you need not quiver in fear. You can be bold. God wants you to be as responsible as you can be. But He knows you are irresponsible at times; error-laden, self-deceived, easily tricked. God knows this better than you do, And God still saved you. If your worst didn't stop God, what are you afraid of?

Living life to the fullest" isn't a matter of getting a steady stream of thrills, or traveling the world, or becoming rich, or accomplishing some big task. It's a matter of doing what you're here to do, taking care of what you're responsible for, giving love at each opportunity, and trusting the Spirit to lead you through it. When it comes to having a 'full life', it matters what your life is full of.

The world just keeps getting more complex, and no matter how complex you get you can never keep up. You just seem like an ever-smaller speck in the big picture. You're no speck to God. You're a partner, in the reshaping and rebirth of all that exists. You're like the child who left and returned, you're part of the family. You're intended to be part of the whole in Jesus. This is the Big Picture, and you're in it!
