Many are stuck in bondage because of
something that has happened in their past. There are the chains of abuse that
are holding many back, there are the pegs of disappointment that make a person
feel why should I even go on any further, the shackles of discouragement have
had many a person’s mind confused, each person has had the clamp of loneliness
that makes you feel like you are all by yourself. You could even go to church
looking to be set free, but a stronghold has been placed on your mind and you
remember all the pain you felt and the scars that were left both physically and
emotionally from some past experiences so many have given up on fighting
anymore. You may even have the Holy Ghost, but in your mind you are still
imprisoned; therefore you don’t even realize that greater is He that is within
you than he that is in the world. You fail to realize that you can do all
things through Christ that strengthens you to realize that you are more than a
conqueror. Although God has delivered you, in your mind you have not
comprehended just what has been done.
Tell the devil your no longer bound
your free. For whom the Son has set free is free indeed. Don’t doubt that God
has set you free. He has picked you up out of the mess that had you bound and
placed your feet on solid ground you’re free.
You used to be bound, but now you’re free. The Devil thought he had you. He tried to destroy you maybe even has taken some of the best years of your life. He had placed a stronghold on your mind. But now you’re free. God has rescued you. No more chains are holding you down. Once Jesus has made you free you’re free indeed.
You’re free indeed, no need to doubt it. You can know that you know, that you’re free.
It might have been a long time in coming. There were many tears that were shed. Many nights you may have cried yourself to sleep. You may have felt like you were going to lose your mind. You may have tried things that you shouldn’t have tried searching for some kind of relief that was only a trick of the devil. You may have even tried to take your own life, but God came by your situation and turned it around and now you know that you are free indeed.

You are no longer chained to that old way of life. You don’t have to be afraid of stepping forward in what God has done. You’re free and you can dance the dance of freedom. Just think and ponder on His goodness and what He’s done for you, NEVER to forget again that Jesus has made you free.
